Signature Mailings has created a Follow Up Program for Real Estate agents and Mortgage Brokers as a personalized method to stay in touch with their clients.
The Follow Up Program is a series of seven greeting cards mailed over a three year period of time. This would include special anniversary dates such as home purchase anniversaries, refinance anniversaries, etc. Some greeting cards gently ask for referrals and repeat business while others simply let your clients know you are thinking of them.
Each card is individually signed by hand (first name only, simulating your signature) and your business card is enclosed.
