This program is sent to clients who have recently purchased a home.  The additional three cards allow you to stay in contact with your client every six months.

  • Card 1 - sent one month after closing.
  • Card 2 - sent six months after closing.
  • Card 3 - sent on the first anniversary of closing
  • Card 4 - sent eighteen months after closing.
  • Card 5 - sent on the second anniversary of closing.
  • Card 6 - sent thirty months after closing.
  • Card 7 - sent on the third anniversary of closing.

Mortgage Refinance Card Program:

The Mortgage Refinance Card Program is a Seven Card, Three year Program.

This program is sent to clients who have recently refinanced a mortgage.  The additional three cards allow you to stay in contact with your client every six months.

  • Card 1 - sent one month after refinance.
  • Card 2 - sent six months after refinance.
  • Card 3 - sent one year after refinance.
  • Card 4 - sent eighteen months after refinance.
  • Card 5 - sent two years after refinance.
  • Card 6 - sent thirty months after refinance.
  • Card 7 - sent three years after refinance.
