Signature Mailings has created a Follow Up Program for Real Estate agents and Mortgage Brokers as a personalized method to stay in touch with their clients.

The Follow Up Program is a series of seven greeting cards mailed over a three year period of time. This includes special anniversary dates such as home purchase anniversaries, refinance anniversaries, etc. Some greeting cards gently ask for referrals and repeat business while others simply let your clients know you are thinking of them.

Each card is individually signed by hand (first name only, simulating your signature) and your business card is enclosed.

Real Estate

Signature Mailings currently has two Real Estate Follow Up Programs.

Portfolio Buyer Program:

The Portfolio Buyer Program is a Seven Card, Three Year Program. This program is sent to clients who have recently purchased a home.

  • Card 1 – sent one month after the closing.
  • Card 2 – sent six months after the closing.
  • Card 3 – sent on the first anniversary of the closing.
  • Card 4 – sent eighteen months after the closing.
  • Card 5 – sent on the second anniversary of the closing.
  • Card 6 – sent thirty months after the closing.
  • Card 7 – sent on the third anniversary of the closing.

Portfolio Seller Program:

The Portfolio Seller Program is also a Seven Card, Three Year Program. This program is sent to clients who have recently sold a house.

  • Card 1 – sent one month after the closing.
  • Card 2 – sent six months after the closing.
  • Card 3 – sent one year after the closing.
  • Card 4 – sent eighteen months after the closing.
  • Card 5 – sent two years after the closing.
  • Card 6 – sent thirty months after the closing.
  • Card 7 – sent three years after the closing.

The cost of each of these programs is only $30.99 per client. This includes a colored envelope with a commemorative stamp, the card hand-signed with your first name and enclosed with your business card.

Mortgage Home Anniversary Card Program:

The Mortgage Home Anniversary Program is a Seven Card, Three Year Program.
