Signature Mailings’ Sphere Mailing Programs, also called Personalized Mailings, are designed for your existing clients, networking contacts or your “Sphere of Influence.” This program ensures that you are always in touch with your client or contact.

We have a wide variety of greeting cards to choose from, and we are continually introducing new and innovative cards to our selection. You determine the clients you want to mail cards to (minimum of 50 clients), select the card and the month of the mailing, and we handle the rest!

We print and mail your personalized greeting cards to your clients at the intervals you select.

Sentiments/Messages are customized to your specific industry along with your personal taste.

Your contact information is printed on each card and each card is individually signed by hand (first name only, simulating your signature). Your business card is also enclosed.
